PROJECT MANAGEMENT & SUPERVISION
Being an owner/builder can be both personally and financially rewarding. However, like all projects there can be some traps. At Tridon Built we will provide you with a service which will pass on our years of experience, yet still leave you in control. We can also provide you with a lits of quality, easy to deal with tradesmen and suppliers that we have hand selected over the years. It is a mandatory council requirement that all owner/builders have a licensed building work supervisor to oversee and sign-off on any self managed projects. This service can be provided for either a fixed price or a “cost plus’ type arrangement.
